We want you to be happy with your purchase. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note or refund. For an exchange, credit note or refund you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
- Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. Shipping charges will be waived if the returned item is faulty.
- We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
- Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Damaged or Faulty Items
We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty or damaged product. Please email email@example.com with photographic evidence and we will be in-touch with you within 1-2 business days. Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method. Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
We don't offer exchanges, returns or refunds on sale or discounted items, unless the items are faulty, do not match the description, or are different to the items that you ordered.
